Call or text 941-387-6818 to make a reservation, you can email us as well. We just need to know your address, party date and time, and the equipment you would like to reserve. We will take care of the rest!
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept cash and Zelle. If you use a credit card, there is a 3% surcharge convenience fee. We can also send you an email link to pay with a credit or debit card.
What should I know about my delivery and pick up?
We take care of delivery, setup, teardown, and pick up when the event is over. Let us know where you want the items and we will take care of the rest!
Do I need to put down a deposit to secure my order?
We do not require a deposit for orders, just payment in full upon delivery.
What items are best for certain age groups?
Please let us know when you make your reservation what age groups you will have at your event and we can make recommendations best suited to your needs. We have inflatables and water slides for all age groups.
Do you deliver and set up at public parks?
We are approved vendors for all Sarasota County and Manatee County parks. All you need to do is make sure the park has electricity for your reserved area. If the park does not have electricity, we also rent generators.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is a fee for any cancellations except in extreme weather conditions.
